Every library in NY State must provide accurate statistics for the use of Wifi in and around each of your Facilities. Mid-Hudson has set up a centrally managed program to ensure that every library has the opportunity and technology to manage gathering accurate and reliable statistics. This program uses locally installed Access Points that are connect to the MHLS hub, where IT staff can monitor activity and create reports. We have both indoor and outdoor units available to help you to provide wifi services to your patrons within your building and surrounding areas.
The Outdoor Wif access Point provides your library with discrete cloud accessible statistical reports and analytical tools to help understand and manage Wifi use. The router is powerful, and provides a wide footprint and can manage high volume.

The access points can be configured to provide service during set hours of service. You can also require guests to agree to your use policy before accessing the signal. In addition to these options there are network related questions that we will need you to answer, in order to complete the device configuration, making your unit plug and play ready upon delivery.
