Sometimes you need to know what is available by subject. Maybe you have a speaker coming to talk about a topic and want to display the books you have on that subject, or maybe a holiday is coming and you want to pull out those titles. Below is a subject template to help with that task. Another approach would be a call number range.
In this sample report we have created search for “Geology”
- Store record type as Bibliohraphic
- Drop the menu from range to “Advanced”
- A new empty text field will replace the “start ..Stop” fields
- Enter: d: your subject in the field
