Emailing/Scheduling reports in Decision Center
Once you have generated a report, you can –
- Modify the result
- Email the report
- Schedule the report
- Export the report
To Schedule the report so that Decision Center runs this report periodically based on the filters you have set and emails the results to appropriate email addresses click on the Email/Schedule button in the upper right hand corner.
This will open a window where you will configure the scheduling of the report.
From this window, you can –
Rename the report if you would like it to be something more specific
Enter the email address, or multiple addresses separated by comma, where this report should be sent each time it is generated.
Select the Format for the report output, such as Microsoft Excel
Determine how often the report should run by setting the Frequency. You will also set the date you wish Decision Center to begin generating periodic reports.
When you have the filters set as you want, click on the GO button.
From this window, you can also see how many reports you currently have scheduled as well as the frequency these reports are run.
If you would like to see additional information about your scheduled reports, click on the ‘Click here’ option in the Note below listing of scheduled reports.
From here you can Stop the scheduled report, Run the report, or Delete the report.
