Applying grid codes in Baker & Taylor TS360

When starting a new cart:

Click the “New Cart” button to see the window in the screenshot below –
For the Cart Default Grid Distribution, select “Grid Distribution” and put in your quantity and select the appropriate location code.
Poughkeepsie Public Library District will also assign a specific fund code here.
Any other MHLS member libraries should leave the fund code blank.

Be sure to click “Add” so that you see your location Under the blue GRID DISTRIBUTION line, highlighted in red below.

Once you click “create cart”, anything you add to that cart will include the quantity you specified as the default value.

Adding or editing grids on an existing cart:

If you want to make changes to particular items in your cart, you can edit individual grid codes –

Go to your cart, and find the item you want to adjust. Expand the grid, and click on the pencil to edit it. You should be able to change the quantity or code for that item. This will only affect the specific item you have edited, not the entire cart:

When all grids are properly applied, the summary tab at the top of the cart will show “Titles without grids” as zero.
